
Seedly Personal Finance Festival 2022
The Concept
The Seedly Personal Finance Festival 2022 was held online for two days - 23 & 24 April.
It was one of the largest B2C Finance events in Singapore, where attendees could learn more about personal finances through the brands that Seedly had brought on board as Sponsors & Partners.
The theme for the year was "Theme Park", which aimed to make finance-related topics more fun and engaging for people. An isometric style was used to showcase the event from another perspective; that the event could be visually enjoyable while still providing valuable information.
In this project, I conceptualised the theme and created the assets for use across various platforms. It was also the first year that Seedly had ventured into out-of-home (OOH) marketing.
Overall, I oversaw the entire event project, which includes:
- ideate, design, strategise and product all the artworks for online and offline marketing, which includes goodie bags design
- design and coordinate the speakers' slides to align with our event
- create live stream digital assets
- execute of all the OOH artworks

Only three months into my role at Seedly, this project was a major task that tested my skills as a graphic designer.
One of the challenges faced was creating visuals for a live-streaming event. All assets needed to be tailored to the digital livestream platform called Micepad.
Additionally, working on out-of-home marketing presented another significant challenge.
It required coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including sponsored partners, and adapting the design for a larger scale in the offline display.
By keeping a sheet of checklist allows me to ensure that all the marketing materials and assets were completed and received, while not compromising on the quality.
