
Seedly Personal Finance Festival 2024
The Concept
The theme for this year was "Singapore Neighbourhood" which highlighted the 1990s to early 2000s Singapore through graphics that capture the essence of its historical elements and draw the colour palette inspiration from the vibrant hues of HDB blocks.
This theme was carried through from different mediums of marketing collaterals to the festival merchandise, and even the event space physical and digital assets. The consistent application of the theme ensured that attendees had a memorable and immersive experience.
After two years of planning and overseeing the visual for the Seedly Personal Finance Festival, I've gained confidence in project management, timelines, budget planning, and essential elements. This year, the team achieved faster execution with an expanded resource base.
Apart from researching and setting up the design assets and the essentials, my focus was shifted to managing both in-house and event organiser's creative team, ensuring seamless collaboration and enhanced creativity for the event.

In this segment of the project, I coordinated closely with our Illustrator, providing guidance on submission requirements and client guidelines while encouraging her creative freedom.
My role encompassed budget management and project scheduling, which included requesting assets from the client,
securing client approvals, and overseeing the execution of the artwork.
